Can I take MYBYK Home and use it like my personal bicycle?

Yes, you can take MYBYK Home and ride it like you own it!
To lock the bike, simply push the latch. To unlock, click on the button in the app.

Do you have long term plans?

You can choose from Daily, Weekly & Monthly plans.
All the 3 plans offer you unlimited mobility during the subscription validity period.

In case of repairs, what should I do?

At MYBYK, we take utmost care to make sure your bike is roadworthy. However, in case of any repairs, simply replace your bike with another one.
To replace, lock your bike at a MYBYK Hub and press the ‘Return Bike’ button in the app. Then select another bike, unlock and ride.

How can I use MYBYK to connect with Public Transport?

Unlock and ride on your MYBYK to the nearest Bus or Metro station.
Return the bike at the Hub situated there and hop on the public transport.
From the station where you alight, unlock any other MYBYK from the Hub and ride to your destination!
Seamless and convenient isn’t it?

Why should I pay the Security Deposit?

MYBYKers must maintain a minimum wallet balance of ₹ 500 as a security deposit. The deposit acts as a vote of confidence in our services and helps establish user accountability and responsible usage.
The security deposit is fully refundable if you choose to discontinue our services. It takes 3-7 working days for refunds to be processed to your bank account.

My subscription has expired? How can I renew it?

In case your subscription has expired, simply go to the ongoing rides tab and click on the ‘renew’ button. You can also avail some attractive discounts when you renew your plans on time.

What happens if MYBYK is Damaged/Stolen?

If your MYBYK is damaged, you will be liable to pay damage charges after an assessment.
If your MYBYK is lost or stolen, kindly contact MYBYK customer care through the in-app chat feature.
You will be required to file a police complaint about the same to the nearest police station where you last saw the bike. In case the bike is not recovered in 48 hours, you will be liable to pay bicycle replacement charges as follows:

MYBYK Pedal – ₹ 12,000 + GST
MYBYK Electric – ₹ 40,000 + GST

Do I need to return the bike daily?

No. You can ride MYBYK unlimited as long as you have a valid subscription. This means you can take the bike with you to your home or office or wherever you wish to go. Return the bike only when your subscription has expired and you don’t wish to renew, or to replace a bike in case of malfunction or when you wish to connect with public transport.

Can I take more than one MYBYK?

Uh oh! At present, we only allow one bicycle per user.

If I lock the bike at my home, will I continue to be charged rental?

In case of Pay As You Go plans, your rental charges continue until you return the bike at a MYBYK Hub.
In case of Unlimited Plans, you are charged a fixed rental for your subscription period.
In both the plans, you can lock and unlock your bike as many times as you want during your ride.

What to do in case of an emergency?

In case of an emergency, please click on the emergency helpline button in the MYBYK app and you will be connected with our customer support agent instantaneously to help and guide you with the next steps depending on the situation.
